Can I own Canadian stocks which trade exclusively on either the TSX or the TSX-V exchange, and not on the AMEX, NASDAQ, or NYSE within an IRA account? If yes, then what is a good broker to use for purchsing stocks on the Canadian exchanges, but from within the US, and for an IRA account. If no, then why not?
