My point is HOA shouldn't exist in the first place and if it does, it shouldn't have power that cannot even be curtailed by the constitution. The very existence of the HOA and the condoning of its actions in itself is in contrary to everything that a democracy stands for.

    HOA’s aren’t like infinite gamma.
They aren’t above the law. They are just a private organization like a country club. You don’t have to buy a house in one.

Exactly. Anyone with a functioning brain and understanding of the rule of law should know that.

Disagree, many people buy specifically because HOA takes care of shit they do not want to deal with. It is a free will of the buyer to pick what they want. As democratic as it can get.

The issue is how the world views the United States while the United States tries to dictate to other countries who do not respect the rule of law in their country.

As stated, on January 20th, 2025...we will join a handful of countries on a list of electing a convicted felon as leader of their country.

Not mention in my prior post, those convicted felons had promise peace while at the same time promise making their country great again. Eventually, they went to WAR with their neighboring country who didn't want to be deceived too (e.g. Hitler Germany) by promises of prosperity if those countries gave up their sovereignty...accepting another country expansion goals to gain global superiority under the façade to protect their border from possible invaders.

Amazingly, there are more countries (e.g. Brazil, Argentina, France, Georgia, Egypt, Croatia, Israel, et cetera) who have convicted (not given them immunity) their leader of crimes to then be threatened by the United States it will no longer support the country until the leader is removed.

Hypocrisy is now ok in the United States just as long as we understand we're no longer special as a rule of law country who can dictate to other countries how their citizens treats their fellow citizens, how their leader treats their citizens, and how their government treats their citizens.

Therefore, we should stop trying to police the world when a country has a corrupt leader.

You have an incorrect interpretation of what's "rule of law". Rule of Law means adjudicating everything according to what is written in codified bodies of law or by cases of precedence instead of by political will like in some countries. Trump has been found guilty of the charges of that he has been accused of according to the rule of law and that still stands. But whether he is allowed to serve as the President of the United States as somebody who has been found guilty of charges brought against him has also been determined hat it is not explicitly disallowed in the US Constitution which is the highest body of law in America so therefore the fact that he can still serve as the POTUS has also been determined by rule of law (the US Constitution). It is not by any political influence. He didn't write the US Constitution.

So get out of your pigeon hole of "Trump is a convicted felon and so he must go to jail" idea. In some countries a convicted felon would not be allowed to serve as the leader of the country but in United States, it is permitted, by rule of law.

You misunderstand...now that Trump is elected by voters...Trump should be pardon so that the United States does not join that infamous list. This is what I've been saying in other posts about that meeting between Trump and Biden at the White House. I'm guessing a deal was struck between those two old farts involving pardons...a pardon could be on the table for Trump before January 20th. If not, Trump will wear that scarlet letter for the rest of his life.

Yet, had Trump not been elected...YES...he must go to jail.

Correct, in the United States, a convicted felon can be elected President of the United States. Other convicted felons have tested that in the past by getting enough signatures to get their name on a ballot although they did not have the financial support...later forced to drop out. :sneaky:

P.S. Trump has stated he wants to change the U.S. Constitution...for what purpose...anyone's guess.

take care of shit? What kind of shit? Shit like this: https://www.dallasnews.com/news/201...-frisco-soldier-while-he-was-serving-in-iraq/ Imagine he is not a soldier and was not protected under the military law, he and his wife would've lost their home that they have fully paid for just over an unpaid $800 HOA fee.

    Or this:

    Or this:

Yeah some major shit all right. Like I said, HOA shouldn't exist in the first place. And it only existed because the municipal government who is supposed to do stuff for the city residents for the property taxes that they pay do not want to do so and decide to download these duties to the HOA while at the same time still collects property taxes from the residents and at the same time turn a blind eye and give HOA the free rein to do whatever they want.

And HOA is above the constitutions. Many cases have been brought against the HOA for their unconstitutional regulations and they have all been dismissed. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Homeowner_association If an association can even be above the constitution, it's not a democracy. It's a dictatorship.

Not true. Not all criminals go to jail when they are convicted. Some serve at their home. Some serve in other institutions. For Trump, he just became the president of the United States so he needs to be in the White Office, the official residence of the POTUS.

Only in America ... can you:-

    a) get away with being both a felon and the nation's number law enforcement official.

    b) steal and discuss openly a yuuuge trove of classified documents with unauthorized persons.

    c) try to steal/rig a fairly run election (simply because he didn't want to be labeled correctly as a leeeeeeewzer) plus an attempted insurrection that even his own former VP wouldn't go along with.

that the mindless sheeple will not only vote for you, but idolize you till the day you die.

MTG coming up with a bill pronto to rename Gulf of Mexico to Gulf of America. Though only a MagaMap will show it - hahaha. She should just cut to the chase and name it Gulf of Trump.
