As I have said before, I am not one to jump on another country immediately because it has been a difficult time for all. Unless the country starts getting uppity- which the Canadians definitely have- moreso last summer before reality started to set in for them. But Trudeau still tries to get uppity everyday. Just a month ago, everyone was - and still is- on America's arse for less-than-expected vaccine deliveries. And at that very time, Trudeau was out and about very visibly crowing about how he had enough vaccine for Canada AND HAD PROVIDED FOR AN EQUAL AMOUNT FOR THIRD WORLD COUNTRIES. Unlike the Americans and Brits and Europeans who were just looking out for themselves. The catch is: Canada, for Christ's sake, has no, zero, zilch, zip vaccine for itself that it does not get from one of the countries that it is criticizing. AND, they definitely do not have any vaccine to distribute to poorer countries. What they did was make a financial contribution to the WHO for covax vaccines when and if those become available. Big frigging deal, the U.S. funds all things UN and WHO bigtime. Meanwhile, the WHO has not been able to deliver on the covax vaccines, and Canada wants to get some of the same supply that was originally planned for third world countries. Not pretty. But before long they will get some more supply from the American and Brit suppliers which they are criticizing the shiite out of. It would have nice if they also developed a vaccine and brought it to market to help out. Ya know, it is almost like we are told everyday that Canada was an advanced country. Where's beef? In other words, what the lefties would call "an illegitimate president/premier" who did not even have a majority vote.
