Well kudos to you. I vote in about 95% of them. I would hardly describe my stance as sad. But you are entitled to your opinion. That is really all politics is, someone's "opinion".
Except of course for that one immutable indisputable truth in American politics, the Constitution. Opinions may vary as to the interpretation of this or that, but it remains the foundation for all of it. Also, since you say you vote in about 95% of them, I retract my previous statement. Clearly you understand that your vote is far more powerful and important locally than it is nationally. I respect that. That's why I am such a states rights tenth amendment kinda guy; big government is not the answer. We need to decentralize.
