I saw one place where you could buy options on bitcoin but it looked untrustworthy; the options only went 90 days past. Now no options on futures?
If you revisit the earlier posts you'll get a sense as to who it can be done. It's cumbersome right now as the options only currently exist on a CFTC regulated SEF - swaps market. There are unregulated markets trading them, but I wouldn't go there. Any CFTC regulated broker or individual can access. LedgerX. The is a high capital requirement for membership, but your broker should easily qualify. There may already be one side of any trade you envision and if you are the other side a trade can take place. I expect it will be some time before you see CFTC regulated options on the upcoming listed futures contracts. I expect the exchanges are waiting to see how liquidity develops.
since we are interested to trade Bitcoin options on futures, I am sure exchanges will provide this trading instruments soon. After all, we want to earn more money, and exchanges also want to earn more money. When there is demand, there will be supply.
