The more civilized the more likely. In that environ ... Americans currently own guns, so there would be "haves" and "have nots" and the dead. Stupid liberal atheists would be less likely to have guns and hence less likely to live or own shit. Christians would be more likely to have guns and moral order and hence "Bubba Effect" rule and rule of law and order. Hence safer better and cleaner living environs. Criminal gangs would of course be the most dangerous as conquering aggression and violence would be less restrained ... posing the need for groups to huddle together for protection or be gang banger bitches. If guns were confiscated ... then the Bubba Effect would still prevail and the extremes be exacerbated as some would still keep their guns and obtain additional munitions off the dead.
