The most important thing for you to do is: a) do not give up b) put in plenty of screen time c) do not give up d) study the writings of some of the more sincere memebers who try to show you how to buy and how to sell (that's all you are doing, btw) e) do not give up f) keep good notes g) do not give up h) try to remember your dreams if you can, the subconcious has a ton of information and is constantly trying to communicate it to us i) do not give up

I've a friend that picked up 12 investment properties right before the bust. He ended up with 12 foreclosures on his credit report. OUCH.
