Lets think about this for a minute. There is no way in the world, even the most far-left leaning news outlet in the world wouldn't be forced to cover this trial. Let alone the majors like MSNBC, CBS, ABC, etc. Imagine the impact on the voters that are still on the fence having this one lime-lighted a month out. With America's collective adhd, most have probably forgotten. There's so much other bs weekly it seems. I wonder who chose that date and what their party affiliation is? Inquiring minds...

Well, I'm sure there might be some substance to your link, but one could call that a deflection from my post above this one that you provided. Your post addresses what perhaps exists atm, and it's certainly speculative at best based on the writer's depth of research, but mine is a 'what if' --- and also a query as to what the party affiliation of whoever made the decision to put off Laken Riley's murderer's (alleged ) trial until after the election. Since none of the usual cohort here jumped on with the results of their google searches... I'm gonna assume it was a Dem judge. I didn't look, I was just throwing that interesting tidbit out there.
