They are limited , take it easy. I meant that if I am stopped out I have enough capital to try again at another level, that is mainly what makes an account to stay alive.
Incorrect, it's a way to churn your account based on no logical and statistically validated approach to trading.
That wasn't inferred from the prior post... but rather, "got enough capital to ride-it-out".. almost always a bad strategic play.
MW, on this thread and others I've posted the books I've read that have been a tremendous help. The real question, is why do so many debate, instead of just doing the work to read and learn? It's not because their lazy, it's because of their BIG ASS EGO. Humility always comes before knowledge, and hence why so few have it. Just my opinion.
OK, you got it. I'll post this for others to see who haven't.. "DO NOT LET LOSSES RUN/AVERAGE DOWN IN THE HOPE OF BREAKING EVEN ON THIS TRADE". Rather, stop out losses and re-enter at a better price.
Because if any of this published crap had any sound statistical foundation based on solid back-tests the authors would not publish them in the first place. The onus is on you to verify those claims. I have and they don't hold up to any scrutiny over time.
Ok, now is the time to ask you. What would you en-light us on? What can you recommend anything to read or look at? Maybe that anger is based on some deep knowledge that we all should get, then you won't be that disappointed when everyone is aligned with you.
No anger here at all. Just facts. My recommendation? Test what you read or see. Have you? What are your findings and how did you test based on statistical relevancy?
