I need the opposite: for TWS to show market time (US) even though I'm based in Australia, otherwise the Trade Date comes out wrong. In either case, the way I found to change it was on the login screen BEFORE TWS OPENS - Click "Additional Options" or whatever it is and it will open up more login options. You can set "local time zone" in there!
