  1. You said you can open accounts at other brokerages. Go there. Why are you so fixed on getting an account with this particular brokerage?

Anyway if a brokerage realizes that you are thinking about legal action, they'll drop your account or will not open an account for you. For example, have you already written a letter or sent an email to them which mentioned legal action or a complaint to a securities regulatory body? If so, this is another reason why they may be avoiding your business.

  2. Why this brokerage? Because i applied thrice with them
and they didn't tell me the first time that:

    -They don't accept Iranian account
-Made me look for separate residence.
-keep me waiting around total of 7 weeks before telling me: NO

Yes, i have sent them a mail, and told them they were
not fair with me and will act against them if don't accept
me. Remeber "TIME IS MONEY" for everyone.
They shouldn't wasted my time like this.

  3. If you did that then they are not going to open your account.

  4. If you see, i'm still honest to this brokerage and have not
    revealed the brokerage name.

But when i need to, i will strike so hard on them  ,
that they will feel as time passes

  5. Can i check it trough "US Government" to see if they have
the right to turn down Iranian customers, Because "ALL
OTHER BROKERAGES HAVE NO PROBLEM ACCEPTING ME."

Here in America a company can refuse to do business with whom they like. It is not your right to open an account.

They refused me once, because they said: they don't care
where or which company i work for, and work permit or
employment Visa meant nothing to them unless i can have
a proof that i am living in another country by providing legal
documents like lease contract from LandLord or utility bills
    for elec, water or gas,...

You say "they" refused me....was this in writing? Do you have the name of the rep that told you this? If you did go to court could you prove this?

But no way i will change my citizenship and stay faitfull
to my country, even it's governed by bunch of so-called
    religious MOTHER FXXXERS.

Now is this fair of you? I would not want to do business with you either.

This Brokerage forced me move to another residence for
some time, but won't separate me from my country,
though i haven't lived there for a long time now.

They forced you? They can do business with whom they choose....so can you!

I am not doing it for fun, because i have to give it time.
I want to set an example for other nationalities who
face similar problem and not to keep quite.

Even i might not succed here, but i will damage their business
seriously over time, turning away hundreds of their customers
    here

and those hundred customer will turn away another thousands
customer from them in long term

I understand you are upset....and you can jump up and down and cry....but you still go to bed without supper, and when your father comes home you might get a whoppin'. If you dwell on this hatred and spend your time with this, it will eat you up. You must overcome this tendancy of revenge and funnel your energies to a more productive use of time. It is unfortunate that this happened to you, but an intellectual person might consider moving on.

But when i need to, i will strike so hard on them ,
that they will feel as time passes

It's ironic you say this in light of the racism that many people in your country of citizenship harbor against America......I could imagine other "groups" saying this same thing.

  6. >>Here in America a company can refuse to do business with whom they like. It is not your right to open an account.<<

This is the crux of the matter. Many businesses have signs posted "We have the right to refuse service to anyone"

Your so called lawsuit will go nowhere but to deplete your bank account.

Find another broker, there are many out there with exactly the same rates and products you are looking for. It is a very competitive field.

A suggestion...lay off the intimidation tactics....doesn't work here in America, as history clearly shows.

  7. under the US constitution and related laws concerning discrimination the only time you would have an action is when the party you allege discriminated is cloaked with some color of state law... in other words there must be some connection of this private party to the "government". That is my understanding. So for example if you applied with a defense contractor who got much of their business from the feds, and they did this same thing you might get an attorney to file a suit. But if I own a grocery store or music/video shop and I choose not to hire or do business with an Iranian for what I consider my own personal reasons, that is acceptable.

And if you think about it unemotionally, why should anyone in this country be required to interact with someone they don't trust regardless whether their behavior smacks of so-called "prejudice"?? Just reverse things and ask yourself what if you wanted to hire or do business with only Iranians for YOUR business you might open in the States, would you want a lawyer suing you if you refused someone born in New York or Texas??

The US constitution was enacted in such a way as to prohibit "discrimination" by government against the people. It does not necessarily prohibit "discrimination" by one person to another except in certain circumstances as per the example above. That is my understanding.

IMHO, I might add that today the interpretation by the courts of this concept and governmental "relationship" has been broadened to such a degree that much so-called private "discrimination" has been legislated away.

  10. What i'm saying is why they didn't tell me all
these in the first place (that under no condition
they don't accept iranians) , so i could move on.

Why they like to play with me for long time? THEY
CAN PLAY WITH THEIR BITCHS, not me.

Their Compliance Dept weren't just not aware of
of their own rule with regrad to internationa trades,
but didn't apologize for his mistake also.
