I trade on IB and want to see standing buy/sell bids pre-market, but my order-Depth window is just blank until after 9:30am. Looking at all of the IB-offered data bundles (under Market Data Fees / North America), it's not clear which one I need to view those quotes. 1) Is it possible to get premarket data like that? (My online googling suggests that it is...) 2) Which data bundle (link above) do I need?
