There are no beginners, just traders - good, bad and ugly. Stick your loot into the forech account and trade cautiously, go over your trades each day - learn!. You wont lose all. Now open the freakin account!!
I would, but my feet are unusualy cold . Seriously now, I have to experiment for a few more weeks(and ask stupid questions ) before I go live, and I do learn every day, but on a demo for now.
The real account behaves like the demo; but you won't trade the real account like you trade the demo. Fear, emotions and the other demons in human nature will take over until you get used to learning how to tame them. Besides, if you have only been trading for two weeks, it is unlikely that you have developed a winning strategy. Give yourself at least a couple of months with the demo. And make sure you are reading during those two months. Look at the reading list of various brokers and read as much as your can. Subscribe to industry magazines. Stay current. Once you have done these things, start with one lot. Trade with only one lot until you have begun to overcome your fear of putting up real money.
I agree about the emotions involved, but you are wrong thinking I don't have a good strategy. Read my other tread "diff between demo and real acc" to see what I mean.
