Can Asset Management firms do that?

Let me ask you...

Lets say you have capital of 5.000.000 USD for 1-3 months.Is there any type of firms who can for you (as individual or as for firm) trading this amount on monthly basis (max. 3 months) with revenue 5-15%?

Any funds or Assets like RotterInvest?

Last I talked with them they told me 30% a year or shorter if you accept the risk disclosure.
