I often hear how important price action is to trading and even how it must be applied to trading in order to make indicators work. Can anyone recommend a book or two that talks about interperating price action? Thanks in advance.

Techniques of Tape Reading by Chris Schumacher & Vadym Graifer One of the best books on intraday market action. Clear and logical. Note the discussion of capitulation and euphoria, apply it to your study of charts, and you'll be way ahead of the game.
Behavior of Prices on wall Street, by Arthur Merrill If you are talking about tape reading this is not your book. However, if you are taliking about market structure, take a look.

Couldn't agree more. The best set of chart for P/V I have seen. Better than any book on P/V because if covers many different market structures.
