Can any one advise me WHEN (New York time) European markets open?

I have my computer sitting at 06:46 at this moment, it will open at 08:00 on my computer.

DAX, ESTX250 futures open at 2:00 EST and the markets and indices at 3:00 EST.

Normally the futures are not that busy until the exchanges open at 3:00 EST but today it should be busy from the get-go.

If someone not familiar with the futures would want to get involved or hedge the ESTX250 is most suitable. In liquidity and movement it is similar to ES (actually more liquid). DAX is a roughly $250K contract and the moves can be huuuge.
