One more thing, you say you eliminated high gluten carbs? And then you felt worse? Did you eliminate all gluten? It can take quite awhile just to recuperate from gluten exposure if it is indeed affecting you. And it can then take quite awhile to feel better.
So...if you have gluten sensitivity you feel either worse or better when you cut gluten? Seems like you have all bases covered.
Obviously you have never quit anything like alcohol, caffeine, ect? Yes, you can feel worse at first when you are addicted to something. IF you are not addicted you won't feel so bad. Gluten is a highly addictive substance. Do you own research. Buy some books, do something. Please, for your own health. You can thank me later.
When did I say that? Aside from your remark, IF Gluten is putting holes in people intestines, then all kinds of proteins, virus's, bugs, ect are invading one's bloodstream. Maybe even little parasites that cause things like Ulcerative colitis and Chron's disease? Imagine what that could be doing to people. It can affect all parts of one's body, including the mind.
The doctor in the video you posted seems to blame gluten for everything. Lots of ifs and maybes in the rest of your post.
I don't think he blames gluten on everything. Not sure why you think he "seems" to? Have you read any of his books/research on the subject? Have you ever read up on any of the new research that is out there about gluten?
Perhaps now would not be a good time to tell you that one of my favorite groups back in the day was Bread.
