If I buy back a call. Can I sell that call that I bought back since I paid for it ?. I used a leap to cover it. And IM doing options.

I'm not sure what paying for it has to do with anything, you were short a call and now flat as far as that is concerned. You bought a LEAP and probably sold a front month call. Then you bought back the call so you just have the long LEAP. Yes, you can sell another call and it will be covered by the LEAP. Sounds like you are trying out a covered call strategy using a LEAP instead of the stock.
