I am trying out a call recording software (callcorder) that records the phone conversations with my broker. Anyone who has called there broker only to find out the discrepency between what was said and what was bought/sold knows the pain of trying to recall that exact conversation. Deciding to put things in my own hands, I record the conversation and listen to it again after i hang up from my broker or very soon thereafter. Is anyone else using any other software or anything to verify the trades placed by phone? Fienyx
Thanks Macal425, I do vividly remember wiretap laws and how they vary from state to state. I called my broker and let them know that I would be taping all conversations and they have no problem with that since they also tape conversations also.
