Republicans support deregulating wall street more than democrats.Dems have strong anti wall street candidates with huge followings like Bernie and Warren. What major Republicans support strong regulations for wall street like Sanders and Warren?

But that does not change that Wall Street and Silicon Valley and a few other industries run the establishment of both parties.

If you party actually returned to its roots and kicked the cronies out I might vote democrat. Edit... I would vote democrat.

Yeah sure... you mean like when Clinton and Rubin worked with that Republican from Texas to eliminate glass stegall. Which people at the time predicted would cause the banking crisis.

You really don't get how D.C. works.
Why didn't we get single payer? Especially govt payer?
Its because the insurance companies dictated to Obama and the democrats how it was going to work. And wall street owns the insurance companies. Ask your Warren Buffett.
To see how the insurance companies wrote the legislation watch the PBS Frontline special on Obamacare.

The Clinton are not the party as a whole.Democrats have many major pro regulate wall street candidates, republicans have none. While weak Dems passed Dodd Frank, what pro regulate legislation has republicans passed?Far more Dems wold vote for single payer than republicans.Democrats in the House did vote for and pass the medicare for all option,no republicans did

He's confused because he gets his huge health care bills and all his personal theories are there are no reasons for them. Don't know how many years he can blame Obama for all his life woes; I'd think GWB is a more reasonable target but it matters little now things will have to be paid for at some point just like the health care bills.

This is why muller thinks its a crime for foreign trolls to make comments on US poltics.

Health care bills and taxes did up under Obama. And Obama lied about it to get it passed.

In all, about 48% of the US population lives in areas where prices decreased or increased by less than 5%; 26.3% of the population lives in areas that had an increase of more than 15%.

"However, the most important factors associated with lowest-cost silver plan premiums and premium increases are those defining the contours of competition in the market," the report concluded. "Rating areas with more competitors had significantly lower premiums and lower rates of increase than those that did not."

The paper also found that there was one player that had more of an effect on prices than any other provider.

"Those rating areas with a Medicaid insurer competing in the marketplace also have lower premiums and lower rates of increase than those regions without a Medicaid insurer competing," Blumberg, Holahan, and Wengle said.
