California hikes minimum wage to $20/hr. Workers now make $0/hr

    Not the same analogy at all.

    Maybe better would be "the chemo killed the cancer, and so i should keep taking chemo"

    Unions were instrumental in creating workplace safety standards. Now OSHA does a good job of that.

    It’s a very interesting time we live in. There is a big disconnect between data and personal sentiment on many issues. But generally speaking the data shows more people have access to things like flexible work schedules and higher salaries and much of this is due to technology.
