saw another post on the CAIA - can anyone give me an idea as to how many hours a guy should plan to spend preparing for the exam? thanks
Good question but I would think the amount of hours would depend on how much you already know and how far removed from the industry you are.
The CAIA organization reccommends about 120 hours. I studied around 60 for the first level and passed. I had also passed the CFA Level I and studied a quite a bit for that. Alot of the material was the same.
