C target price by year end?

  1. C is a buy (Stop at 3.94) with a Target Price of 6.19 by years end.

    C is a bad investment going higher strictly due to speculators.
    The balance sheet is terrible any downturn in the market this one dives first ( along with BAC, SIRI, etc etc ). Remember, at one point without government intervention this stock was worthless.

    Markets aren't efficient otherwise its a $1 stock at best. NO P/E because they lost money. Huge risk given there is no guarantee they don't have all sorts of financial losses hidden underneath their official results.

    Smart investors wouldn't touch most US financials right now; better to go with banks with huge brokerage results.
