Caught in a conflict it can neither understand nor accept, the Democratic Party in America has embarked on a path of self-destruction. Infected with the incurable virus of terminal Marxism, the party is incapable of reconciling itself to its loss of congressional and executive power, thereby guaranteeing that its status as a near powerless minority party will be permanent. Convinced that they have been unjustly deprived of what they regarded as their divine right to rule over Washington, Democrats are reduced to a policy of obstruction and slander. They have shown themselves incapable of offering anything other than discredited socialist programs financed by ruinous taxation, class warfare and the promotion of racial hatred and contempt for George Bush.
