As I've said, Chicago doesn't let something like rules get in the way of great people.

 

Did they check to make sure that page wasn't missing in their State Statutes books? Obama probably had it ripped out of their copies.

Yeah, about those rules. You mean like when the Supreme Court gave Bush the presidency in 2000? You mean like that? Perhaps the principal difference, just to put a finer point on it, is that Rham had the popular vote in his election, whereas W did not.
