    Hi Jack,

Could you comment on the chart I made regarding Bull Retrace, Last segment of Bull Retrace and TIMIMG? TIA

  2. The short channel started much before the 01SEP09 date you assigned. Channels overlap and the overlap begins on the FTT and ends on the BO of the RTL of the prior. We are now looking for the FTT of the long channel after it goes B2B to point 2 (after Labor Day); then point 3; then the FTT that begins the overlap into the returning BEAR MARKET. As volume drops to the relative low at the RTL, then you will see how "settlement" works day after day when it is entirely one sided. Check out 27FEB a couple years back for a review of "market cascading", as they siad "unexpectedly".

Roughly speaking, what I do is keep track of the channels, their traverses, the tapes of the traverses and all the subtapes when they are observable. When not observable, then I go to the faster fractal YM chart and then the OTR ES chart and then down to the stretch squeeze and then to the Walls on the DOM of the ES.

This means the channel's significant points (1, 2, and 3 and FTT's and CP4's) are clearly defined and "I know that I know". I also hike the gaussians of the volume which is leading the price movement segments.

I have file folders for each day and they contain graphics, logs and prints of trades and accounts balances. Since I use screens that are rotated to be taller than wide and have custom built mounts, I use snagits and glue them together for the day (three sheets for the Cash Cow (there are over 30 different signal lights there) and two sheets for TN).

I keep the glued dailies in a pile about 8 deep in reverse chron. They all are covered with pencilled annotations which could mount up to leaving no space on the sheets. This is followed up with yellow pad references in four colors. Right now I am running four pads to handle the references made with numerical notations on the snagits.

All of this boils down to knowing, in several forms, the places where anything happens.

It is important to me to always know where the smart money is and what it is doing at all times since I front run it. The channels of the Bull retrace show the disposition of the daily "settlement". They also show the degree of stress being handled by HF's and MF's.

For example, GS is rapidly shrinking two thirds of its three main functions only one of which is profitable at this point. Others are doing worse and their books are not being kept anymore, figuratively speaking. Mark to market has gone by the boards at this point and no one is doing the books for the Feds either.

As you see the media doesn't know how to interview (failure to do followups on answers to poorly asked inital questions). At EOP, under more than one admin, I was not allowed to connect A with B publically. That is going on now way up the line. Usually it was energy and inflation as the A and B. At that time "orchestrating" was done via the New Republic>> LA Times >> then the Eastern "street". Now, it is more sinister.

This isn't a fun time for those of us who are immune to the situation. While I do not make it a policy to keep anything; I do see, all the time, people who are not going to be able to work through running their service organizations successfully.

You probably noticed Pete Peterson (ex head of Commerce and LB's). swiping the head of the GAO (Dave Walker) recently to manage his billion dollar foundation. Breakfast at the Links Club in NYC must be a lot of serious business these days.

    Be alert.....

How does one handle the situation where the final 2R of the next R2R 2B 2R doesn't materialize - is there a way to wash and when is the earliest one can realize that the final 2R ain't coming (as in attached)? Thank you.

    Hi Jack,

Thank you for your comments. Since QuoteTraker provides 10 days historical data, my best gussing is "Last SHORT channel started on 11:05 (open of) bar on 08/24/2009". Hope this edited chart represent your analysis about returning BEAR MARKRT.

  9. u missed the fact that bar 8 is identified as point 3 and annotated as such - u might wanna rethink your decreasing arrow pointing to that bar, whatever that arrow was suppose to mean

  10. 'I had presented this system to a Venture Capital Firm with a funding request of $5 million. They agreed to fund my request after thoroughly exmaining real trades and the hypothetical trades in the backtest.'

Were the people you claim lent you $5 million aware that you were going to share the information you were going to use to trade their money with all and sundry? This stinks to high heaven.Add to this the fact that almost all contributors to this 'journal' are longtime Hershey 'followers'.(Maybe multiple-aliases or 'those I control',who knows)?
