  1. How about a fit trim body in a brioni or a loro piani? Looks great paired with a benz or bentley. Since you're shopping at WMT, you'll never understand.

I'm a big believer in quality dress shoes. Not expensive necessarily - just comfortable and sturdy.
Cheap shoes will cause you problems.

"wealthy homeless look". “If someone isn’t what others want them to be, the others become angry. Everyone seems to have a clear idea of how other people should lead their lives, but none about his or her own.” ? Paulo Coelho, The Alchemist

  5. I was just in a high end mall-- first time in quite awhile-- torneau- the #1 retail swiss luxury watch shop in USA, was packed with people. Despite the plunging sales, apparently there is still tremendous interest in outdated horology.

Fitness and good care are orthogonal and complimentary to the quality clothing. Trust me :)

PS. However, if the choice is fitness vs fancy clothes, choose fitness.

There is still a tremendous interest in horses, despite total lack of practical purpose in owning one since the advent of the automobile. I do not own either, obviously.

Men's ties are another object I can see no sense in.
    What purpose do they serve?
Maybe in winter it helps to retain heat by closing off the shirt is all I can think of.
In Perth many business people do not wear as it's too hot for a good part of the year.
But it's another fashion relic I would gladly like to see the end of, but doubt it.
Like suits and hats, here to stay, humans can be a pompous lot.
Royalty garb is another thing, sheesh - done up so much a peacock would feel ashamed. :)

  10. Only purpose i can see of a tie is so ones boss can use it to choke uncooperative workers--

I see a tie and my mind says-- slave.
