Bill Gates sold his BABA and Warren Buffett does not own it.

Investing legend Charlie Munger, close friend and confidant of market crusher Li Lu, recently bought BABA-- though Li Lu had liquidated all his BABA earlier last year.

This is Charlie's first purchase in six years for his Daily Journal portfolio and BABA is the portfolios
third larges position at about 19 percent, out of five holdings, behind BAC and WFC.

CEO(CNOOC), CHA(China Telecom) and CHU(China Unicom) were delisted due to some concerned link. Can BABA prevent this type of linkage in the future ?
