Crude oil refuses to stay under $80, and stocks are getting frothy. I am hearing new explanations for why the market is not expensive, the bears are in hiding and afraid of this market. Profit margins are at extremely high levels and will be hard to sustain as history suggests. We are in a super commodities bull cycle with the help of the Fed steering the wheel towards hyperinflation. Also, the supply demand outlook for most commodities is outright bullish. Its been decades since there has been a major oil discovery, they aren't making any more metals on this planet, and the population keeps on growing.
