Does it includes strategies? If yes, you need to tell us more about them. If no, nobody will be interested. There's lots of software out there.
You might generate more interest if you explain what your software does that sets it apart from platforms such as TradeLink or Ninjatrader. Alternatively, I know IB has a section on their website that allows advertising for custom applications for their platform.
