I'm sorry for the typo, the Stop loss level in my Bitcoin short setup posted on 07/03/2020 should not be "around 11,700", but of course "around 10,700" - otherwise it'd be a 2R trade if the profittarget was reached. Bitcoin now trades at around 9,200 .
The market in the US has now opened, I'd close the long position in the S&P 500 index, it would have been a 5R winner (S&P now trades at around 3,175 points).
Natural Gas looks strong on the long side right now, currently trading @ 1.847 and I think it might run up to 2.10 or even more . I'd go long now and place the stop loss @ 1.77 .
The shortsetup is not valid anymore, I'd now close this shortposition with a loss slightly below original SL level, Gold right now trades around 1,795 .
I'm now a bear for the DAX/GER30, often quoted as a the leading index for stocks in my native Germany. Would go short (now at around 12,520 points), place the SL 100 points above entry and the profittarget 200 points below entry.
The S&P 500 opens in 10 minutes - yesterday evening, a short position should have been opened based on the DMI crossover as we are now exactly at crossover point & close below EMA34. Close yesterday was 3,145 points. If it opens near this mark today, I'd go short with a profit target of 105 points below entrylevel, and would place the stop loss 35 points above entry. I simply expect bearish momentum to take over.
... and "commando back" aka whipsaw. I'd close this short trade in the SPX / S&P 500 and now go long @ 3,167 - placing the SL 15 points below entry, Profittarget 75 points above entry. A potential 5R trade !
Fits my criteria of a long setup ! For the long-term (potential) trend, bar close is above EMA34 and DMI crossover (bullish momentum dominates bearish momentum), timeframe is D2 (2 days).
