Business Plan

  1. Hi, excuse if this is in the wrong section.

Has anyone used Venture Capital, or Angel Investors for trading? Do you have any pointers.

What should a business plan in this case look like?

  2. AHAHAH!

Dude... you're barking up the wrong tree.

Build a trading record that's audited by a 3rd party and verified with your broker... call it an incubator fund, it doesn't have to be large. Take this record and approach accredited investors with the idea of trading their capital for a cut of the profits... thus, getting clients for your new hedge fund.

    That's it.

Don't approach VCs with this kinda stuff, if you think traders are skeptical of shoddy brokers wait til you talk to VCs about using their money to trade without them keeping control over it... at least with funding a new retail store the VC can liquidate inventory to recoup their investment if things go bad.
