Business Credit Cards

  1. I have a question.

If I have an LLC or corporation and I have a business credit card, if I run up the bills on the credit card, then dissolve the company, am I liable personally for the company's debt?

  2. only if you sign personally.

otherwise you are not liable. trick is building enough credit in the llc as not to have to personally sign. I have leased cars in corp. names without a personal guarantee but do not have experience with corp. credit cards.
