Bush-Economy Strong!

  1. Normally I'd agree with you about 8000. Here's why I doubt it. Foreign markets. For the Dow to trade 8000 where would Shanghai need to fall? It's ALREADY fallen 68% in 11 months. In fact on a global basis American stocks are strong. Even the CAC-40-we don't hear a word about weakness in France-is down 40% from it's high. At some point selling will become exhausted. Plus there's so much friggin' inflation-globally-that stocks will become cheap just by virtue of being measured in depreciating currencies. In case any one didn't notice, Gold rose eighty dollars an ounce today. That folks is NOT deflation in action.

You are one of the many dipshits that inhabit this board.

What's wrong with a candidate who believes in God? Last I checked they teach some pretty moral stuff:

    Don't kill
    Don't steal
    Love your neighbor
    Don't fuck around
    Listen to your parents
    Foregiveness
    and general good naturedness.

Hmmmm. I know, I know, all shitty qualities to have.

I'll tell you something about poor illiterates. It's not a class of citizen you fucken Nazi. Furthermore, poor people and illiterate people have a right to vote.

I wish I didn't have my ignore rule (I refuse to put anyone on ignore) in effect for you.

  3. Yeah, what's wrong in a candidate that believes in God. Look at how developed Afganistan and Iran are.

  7. Funny how the most belligerent imbeciles all profess to the belive in the above qualities.

    "Don't fuck around" ?!

then why the high divorce rate amongst the religious right?

Since functionally retarded imbeciles have a "right" to vote, we have to excise away the politicians who pander to these imbeciles.

  8. Moral superiority combined with dissociation from reality = the Religious Right...

People who bring GAWWWWWD into their political hammer toss should be strung up by their balls (or tits)....

    Who cares about your GAWWWWD...?
And what does it have to do with YOUR job running my country...

Politicians have been elevated to celebrity status - believing in them and thinking that they will do anything but fuck all for you is just like watching Entertainment Tonight and gawking over Angelina and Brad's latest spat...totally a waste of time...

    Keep voting y'all - it's really working!!

  9. How many times must I hear on TV and radio, and now on the Internet, that the main attraction behind Palin's appeal is not so much the issues that surrounds her political but that "she is just like me"? Some former Hiliary supporters are now supporting Palin just because she's a damn woman.

What the fuck is wrong with these people? You don't choose your next president simply because he or she looks and acts like you, but his or her set of beliefs strongly resonates with yours!

On a side note, it's worth remembering that even Hitler had a amiable attributes that got him elected as a chancellor of Germany at one point in time, and we all know how it all ended!

Everytime the word God is brought up you crackheads start foaming at the mouth.

85% of America would like a politician with moral values like themselves, God or no God. Instead you guys go off the deep end thinking they all are extremists. I guarantee you the majority will cross party lines for the right candidate. The religious right and liberal left are just bookends for the meat in the middle. But no, keep putting down "God" and see what happens, because what he stands for counts for more than he is (or not).

Sheeze I can't believe I'm even having this discussion on account I'm not even religious and always have had serious doubts about one omni-potent whatever.
