Anybody out there use this software? I have had it for a few months and had some problems. Sent an e-mail to cs and it took them a month for a reply. Would like to talk to other users. I've used them forever. The customer service is slow, but they are really the best out there if you want to have fast scanning for P&F Charts. Brandon
