what's most of all ridiculous is that you have no sense of decency: you start calling FRAUD before anything even has happened ...

One time more: CME charges a clearing-firm per product and day AND NOT(!) per custumer. But IB will charge the same amount per each custumer, so they would generate income(!) with that.

The word "may", not "will", is used in the bulletin. Given that English is apparently not your native language, wouldn't it be appropriate to find out the exact meaning before jumping to the conclusion that they intend to "defraud"* you?

When reading a document in one of my non-native languages, even though I may understand the words, I am very careful to remember that the nuances of each language are something that can take years of immersion experience to learn, and will always question my understanding of something that seems wrong, instead of accusing.

*I don't agree that it would technically be fraud, anyway, given prior notice.

  3. change your tone, maybe apologie for jumpin' to conclusions and am sure they'll be back here with an answer.

english is my third language but that's not an excuse to behave like a moron ... calling fraud is not some small allegation in any language, even with a question mark behind it ...

    @alanm

You did not understand the matter. May or will makes no big difference, the intention is: If CME charges, they charges too. And? Where the difference?

    1. It's ridiculous that you write all in bold, Fine, Fine.

Sorry you find that disturbing. It simply makes more sense to me to show the attribution in italics and the new comment in bold, unlike this message board software. It also saves page space to do it this way, instead of the overly wide breaks it normally uses.

    2. It's ridiculous, that you are not able to read and understand.

I read, write, and understand quite well. It would never occur to me to make such a comment about a native speaker of a language I do not speak natively.

2a) I said, that customer service via chat confirmed that to me.

Not in any way I could understand.

2b) I asked "IBSoft" that question here in that thread. No answer is an answer too.

Not necessarily. As I suggested, it may mean that the policy has not yet been firmly determined, and that they are only seeking to warn potential violators early. Also IBsoft, while a member of the management team (I believe), is probably not the person to clarify it. Your message is less than a day old. Do you think they might have other things to do?

Last word is yours - I have nothing further to add on the subject.

Ok, you wrote the stupiest answer in this thread until now, congrats.

    Just a quote of me:
    -----------
Yesterday holiday in US. Very intelligent imho, to relate to the ratio for that day.

To repeat: In my case the ratio is every day a max of ca. 5:1. In this month my generated commissions will be 5-digit USD. So there a are plenty of orders executed...
    ----------

How much do you make? Is it 3digit at least, kid?
