I doubt he went back to Bulgaria if he's been in the US for any length of time. From what I've heard from Bulgarian friends, it sucked in the "back old days" and still sucks today.
LOL as a Bulgarian I am not surprised in the least bit. We have great training programs in all kinds of fraud(even better than Russians), just ask the EU. People need to realize that that the laws and penalties of the US are on a whole other level esp after 9/11 so pulling shenanigans here is extremely difficult unless Bush is your buddy.
