What do you train the traders to trade? Crypto, options, forex, Futes, us equities or what? Since you are doing 3 hours shift between 16 traders for 24 hours. Is it Futes or crypto?
Get it straight - returns, that matter, are not what somebody did today. Or yesterday. Or the day before. Returns are quarterly, yearly and through a career. Back in the day when banks paid nice interest rates on a savings account no one said "bank paid me $1.84 in interest today. Bet I get $1.85 tomorrow, and $1.87 the day after."
it can be done in any market. i realized that when i mastered all the math. once you crunch the numbers, everything begins to crystallize... but putting all that work in without a guarantee requires courage which is what we all lack to a degree, so pride and fear along with laziness = losers potion. you should ultimately enter a phase where you are taking risks and going for it in every way. seeing what you can get away with and slowly peeling the layers, pulling back until survivability hits 100%. its like reverse engineering in a way, you start with an outrageous objective, and force the process to hit the figure. its like everything else on this level, how badly do you want it. how interesting and inspirational is your why? how altruistic is it, does it fill you with emotion, is it a fantastic image? the why should be designed for spontaneous unlimited production of drive. get desperate for a solution, even without the exact steps, how powerful is your intention, how extreme is your desire for clarity? we already know what it takes but we dont want to fail and look stupid, well then you will simply crawl existing catfishing your way through this world. anyway, everything i touch turns to gold. if you want the same ability, theres an offer on the table, but i only need 8 to 16 traders so dont listen to these bitter people on here spreading fear. pierce through the fog.
So why dont you state how much money you are running and post audited returns?? As you have mastered the math and are putting up quadruple digit returns,(by now 5 years)you must have compounded your money well in excess of 250 mil.. Unless your seed capital was 5000 bucks..
