Dont forget to give yourself a fault tolerant disk system, either a mirrored RAID or a two disk system with automatic, scheduled backups.

Not a good idea IMHO - maybe on your backup computer, but never on your tradingstation. You should have one dedicated computer only for trading and nothing else.
Which fans are quieter? The fans which came with the case I think are going to have to get replaced. There are 4 fans on the case, so even if they are quiet by themselves, 4 fans on the case and one on the CPU do add up.
Becareful of LOUD heatsink fans on AMD cpus. Make sure to get a 'quiet' one. I heard 80 mm Panaflos are quiet for case fans.
