1- Building more prisons to keep the hard criminals off the street is a great idea. 2- Liberals are against that since they think these people can be rehabilitated. (2 of 3 will return) 3- Putting them on the border is also a great idea. Getting them out of our neighborhoods is ideal. I bet Texas would go along with this and help create a wall out of the prisons to keep the illegals (millions of them) out of my country. The Liberals would be against this as they would lose votes. (Only reason they allow them in the country in the first place) 4- I would not pay any money if an inmate worked on the wall. Maybe 25 cents an hour. I would not give any time off either. That just makes 2/3 of them return a little quicker. Why would we want that? 5- Multiple threads on the idea of prisons is good. There are multiple threads on everything else here so why not? 6- If we can afford to give Billions to Ukraine and Israel we can afford more prisons. 7- Letting hoards of little criminals invade stores and stealing and letting them go because they stole less than $1000 (or whatever) (that shit adds up to the point where businesses are leaving the inner cities) is insane no matter where the merchandise is built. Lock these criminals up if it is felony that they have committed. 8- I am seeing some amazing diversion tactics in this thread by the liberals. It's crazy. (Like build the prisons in your neighborhood, wtf that's nuts, we already have that crap and I live 5 miles from a prison that houses criminals that are between jail and going to a prison) It sucks. Move it to the border. 9- Thinking about building prisons on the border is not racist. 10- Thinking it is okay that illegal immigrants do less crime is also a liberal viewpoint that is insane. Those people still do crime when they come here. (including raping and murdering teenage girls) . They add to the crime that is already here. They do not reduce crime even one bit. 11- We know where the crime is and it's not in the suburbs like it is in the inner cities. 12- Building more insane asylums is a great idea. There are many insane people running around free in the USA. Liberals have always griped about how Ronald Reagan closed them in the 80's? 13- This idea is an economic idea no matter how much it makes some cry about it. 14- If veteran posters have left this site because of threads like this then they are weak. 15- Doing nothing and letting criminals run the streets is criminal, I agree. 16- Thinking we don't need more prisons because we already have them or a lot of prisons/prisoners is wrong. We have a lot of criminals here. Put them in prison. Do we want the criminals to run free? 17- Thinking this idea was written by AI is absurd. 18- Mexico would not pay for it, they are too busy with their own criminal problems unless they could house their criminals also which is a great idea. Good that was brought up. Let's get them to help build the wall. 19- Chicago, ect would go for this also as it would help them with their problems of gang violence and killings. Lock them up. This are all great ideas, the only question is: Why doesn't it happen?! And the answer is very easy: Because of traitors ("liberals", etc.) in your own team. Many liberal, white men or women don't even know, what they do ... some of them live in LALA land, still vote. They did not face harsh reality. Then, like from nowhere, a 'new german' comes in from the other side, with a watermelon and some other stuff in his hand, and while this woman in front of me already started heading to a terminal, he , seeing that, goes there, puts his things there and checks out. That (blonde) woman not even had to bite her tongue! She immediately went back on tiptoes, acting as if NOTHING happened. Although even staff was standing there, observing that everybody acts right (!) This woman, who would have made a scene, if a european guy would have done so, shut her mouth, and waited. that is so freaking funny, I myself couldn't believe it. I myself whitnessed a stabbing, 3 years ago, not 500 meters away from Angela Merkels apartment in Berlin, when a young italian guy was brutally stabbed by a (syrian, arab) immigrant. Your imprison rate is too low. When I was in San Francisco and Los Angeles, I saw things a normal human shouldn't see... My cousin told me, there was somebody shot last week, at that corner the week before, etc. If gang violence, and violence perpetrated by guns, is much higher than in other parts of the world, your imprison rate should also be, quite naturally, a lot higher. Just, that the tax payer is ... also just a human being. What most socialists tend to forget. This is exaclty why @The_hero 's idea is quite good. Having prisons far away from the big cities, with the option for the inmates to work / and earn some money, is quite the best solution. Go for it, let it be made in america.
