    Get the EPA softgels from Nordic or any decent brand. Take a couple 3x daily. Try to target 3-4g. Obv stay away from tuna.

  2. Barett is a wheasy thing, tolerances very loose I guess for cold and heat.

    Custom barrel / trigger mod and solid copper rounds (speaking of heavy metals.. someone showed me an x-ray of a kudu, riddled with lead fragments.. don't eat what you kill! eek..), they shoot very well.

    Various homonids stuck to near the beaches as they migrated around the world. We have evolved somewhat to that diet I guess.

    Fish oil is the one supplement that it pays to buy from a reputable brand. Nothing against GNC.

  5. How about Webber Naturals? Reportedly IVO certified. (I tend to buy what looks good at Costco.)
