Okay, thanks. I've never come close. And since I eat ground flax, walnuts and pumpkin seeds every day, along with a bit of salmon twice a week, I'm wondering if I should bother with the fish oil at all. Any thoughts?
But my understanding is that flax, walnuts and pumpkin seeds are 3s. As for the supplement I presently take, it has 600 mgs of EPA and 300 mgs of DHA.
Yes, I realize that plant sources are ALA. But more than twice a week of salmon or the like is more than I prefer. So I suppose the supplementing should continue. Do you think the amount in the capsule I get is enough?
