  5. I feel tired a lot. I need more energy mainly. Getting up early and trading is hard on a body over time.

  7. Maybe some but my BMI is a 24 which is a little high but in the normal range. If i lose a few pounds during this diet then all the better. Also, I think regular exercise will improve my energy also.

  9. no, my bet was you are at least 50lb overweight. with a BMI of over 24 i am more right than wrong :D

  10. If I lost 50lbs I would be a skeleton. I weigh 185. For your information, here is the BMI range:

    BMI Categories:

    Underweight = <18.5
    Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
    Overweight = 25-29.9
    Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

    If I lost 50lbs as you say my BMI would be 18. LOL, you are more wrong than right my friend.
