  1. most of the fat does not melt off.. wings are mostly skin & fat and no meat.

if most of fat melted off you'd be left with the bone

  2. I am not claiming that chicken wings are healthy by any means but grilling does render the fat. I normally have to put a drip pan underneath to prevent flare-ups from all the dripping grease. What else is your point? Did you post on this thread just to troll?

  4. you said most of fat drips off.. that's not true. most of the fat remains on those skinny meat-less bones regardless of how you cook it.

NOW do i sound like a troll to you :D

  6. I promise not to troll any of your threads about wonders of tofu or how soy burgers really taste like the real thing. Ok?

Chicken wings have fat, I think we can all agree about that but quibble on the amount and content therein post-cooking for hours. I'm getting hungry all of a sudden for some reason :D.

  7. what is so appealing about this?

why don't you just drink the oil it's fried in?

  10. I don't eat these or most anything else deep fried but wanted to show you an extreme example for comparison sake. Unfortunately, in 11 days I am going to start the following diet I found from an earlier thread that I know you are aware of. Wish me luck, it will be fun.

No, I am not overweight but I like to keep an open mind about other ways of living and this sounds like the most extreme example i could find to try. If I feel better after trying this then I will probably continue it, we'll see.
