Then if they raise taxes on billionares just see how fast all of them, including Buffett move offshore. Just ask NY what happens when you raise taxes on the rich - they take their money/income and go elsewhere.
What i find funny about guys like Buffet and Gates is not only do they not give their money to the government, they dont even give it to U.S. charities. There are plenty of people who are hurting in America, and plenty of people who could use the help of charities here, yet they choose to donate most of their wealth over sea's as do most billionaires. These guys are literally removing gigantic sums of money from our economy and putting it to work in other economy's around the world, hows that for patriotism? And then they go and talk about how taxes should be higher, yet id be willing to bet both of them spent millions of dollars last year finding every single way they could to dodge paying their so called "fair share"
