I also have at time done the 1000 or 2000 meter at a decent pace for stamina. More fun than jogging. I like the sprints because they really pump your heart and high intensity. Also give over all body workout. Also better workout the sprints. So many benefits. Shoot for 2 minutes on 500 meters. Do first one at an easy pace to warm up and then do 2 or 3 with 3 to 4 minutes rest in between. I shoot for 2 minutes for 500 meters.
Short on time and light today. Did Superset of Bicep Curls and Bent Over Rows. Hoops and soccer tomorrow so don't want strained legs and triceps.
I have not posted because I went back to Keto to get weight and fitness back under control and scaled back lifting until I feel adjusted. I still did indoor/outdoor soccer plus basketball and don't fully have my wind back. Stuck with push ups just because I like them. This week will get back with the weights as I feel more "normal" and also after dropping 13 pounds feeling leaner. Still 10 more to go overall and Thanksgiving is the target for the target weight.
