    Hi,

I live in the US and I currently use Scottrade as my broker. However, most likely I will move to Europe when I retire in a couple of years. After my move, I still want to keep trading the US stock markets just like before.

With this in mind, I am wondering what I should do regarding which broker to use.

Are there traders on this board, who have moved abroad, that are willing to share what they did regarding their brokerage situation? I like Scottrade, but maybe it would be easier with a different broker when living in a different continent.

    I appreciate any feedback.
