Hello, Newbie question here about orders. I am about to use a stand alone platform to execute my orders which it is RapidTrader from Jigsaw. In that platform I am asked to enter my data feed user and password only and my doubt is, since my funds are into my brokerage account, and this platform does not require any of my broker info, does this mean that all the trading I make is transferred through my data feed to my broker, adding or subtracting funds whether I make or lose money? It was of my understanding that the data feed only showed the information of the market and that I use my broker platform, linked to my broker, to put in the sell or buy orders according to what I see from the data feed provider. Please help me out with this!
