So Taiwan, who played ball, gets screwed anyway with a 32% tariff + an upcoming yet to be determined specific tariff on chips AND the CHIPS Act (and its subsidies, etc.) is on the chopping block. What if now Taiwan backtracks? And remember, Trump just gave them a "force majeure" (Act of "God"? ) exit justification.
