Bright or Kershner, need advice

  1. I absolutely agree about the starting remote part of the above poster's comments. And, yes, the openings are a reletively easy way to get new people trading and making some money while we ease them into the more complex strategies. And, since most retail traders cannot engage in the strategy, we maintain a pretty big edge. Still a good 30% of the money our traders make can be be traced to the opening plays.

Our ongoing mentorship programs (BTM), allow remote traders to be part of a group on an ongoing basis. Every remote trader is online directly with management/mentors (if they choose to). This is how we do our best to mimic the "in office experience." Works quite well it seems.

Looking forward to a good opening this morning....gotta run for a bit.

edit: and FWIW, our affiliates in Austin have been with us for a decade, and are excellent mentors/traders/programmers.

  3. Sure....a few places that we can't do it (UK and France for example), but most Countries are good. We have people trading from China to Egypt. Send me a PM if you like.
